Developers Yggdrasil and AvatarUX have partnered to launch their new joint video slot, PiggyPop.
According to Yggdrasil, the brand new slot, which was developed by AvatarUX under the YG Masters programme, is the sixth slot in the PopWins series. The game is set in a casino within the glamorous world of its wealthy porcine inhabitants.
The game uses a 6×4 layout with up to 524,288 paylines, and it has an RTP of 95.50% with high variance, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over frequent small ones.
PiggyPop requires a bet of between £0.20 and £40 per spin, and symbols in the game include a golden pig, a pig in green, a pig in blue, a pig in pink, various drinks, and the traditional A, K, and Q symbols too.
The game comes with several special features. Since PiggyPop is built on the PopWins engine, each winning symbol in the game will pop and be replaced by two symbols that increase the slot’s reel height. This reaction continues until there are no more wins, and the reel can be expanded by six symbols in the base game and eight symbols in the Free Spins mode.
The PiggyPop Free Spins mode is triggered by expanding the base game’s reels by six symbols. The Free Spins mode is potentially unlimited. It starts with three spins, and every time a win is struck, the number of spins is reset to three. Before the Free Spins mode is played, you can gamble your Free Spins, giving you higher reels or losing the feature completely.
What’s more, the Free Spins mode has a multiplier of x1 that increases with each win, and the Free Spins mode can be bought at 100x your bet.
