Developer Pragmatic Play has announced the launch of its new horse-themed video slot, Happy Hooves.
Happy Hoves uses a 5×4 layout with 40 paylines, and the game has an RTP of 96.50% with high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over regular small ones.
According to Pragmatic Play, the game requires a bet of between £0.40 and £100 per spin.
It includes symbols like single and double horses against red, green, purple, and blue backgrounds. There are also gold horse Scatter symbols, Golden symbols, Mystery symbols, and the usual A, K, Q, and J symbols too.

The Happy Hooves slot comes with special features, including Wild symbols. Unlike most traditional slots, the game has multiple Wild symbols represented by double horses for each coloured basic symbol (Red, green, purple, and blue). Wild symbols substitute for all symbols of the same colour.
The game has Mystery symbols that can appear on all reels and reveal a symbol, including Wild or Golden symbols. Whenever they land, they trigger the Powernudge feature.
When Golden symbols land, all positions with Mystery symbols re-spin to reveal a random money value expressed as a Multiplier or a Scatter symbol. The total of all Money values is revealed and paid, and if enough Scatter symbols appear, the Powernudge Re-spin feature is triggered.
As long as Mystery symbols are on the screen, all reels with Mystery symbols automatically nudge down a spot to reveal another symbol from the top. After re-spins, the game pays for all winning combinations and Mystery symbols reveal something new at random. The Nudge feature ends when there are no more Mystery symbols on-screen.
There are gold horse Scatter symbols that appear on the first, third, and fifth reels. Whenever three Scatter symbols land, the Powernudge Re-spin feature is triggered. When this happens, a spin will play to land at least eight Mystery symbols split between random reels, and the reels will nudge and re-spin. The feature ends when there are no more Mystery symbols on the reels.
During the mode, Mystery symbols can reveal a new symbol from re-spins; the Nudge Up symbol. If it lands, the subsequent nudge of reels with Mystery symbols will move up instead of down, and if there is more than one Nudge Up symbol at the same time, the subsequent nudge will move the reels a number of positions up.
The Powernudge Re-spin feature also has a Multiplier that is applied to the even of every re-spin. The Multiplier starts from 1x at the initial spin and increases by 1x for every subsequent nudge and re-spin. Scatter symbols cannot land during the mode, so the feature cannot be re-triggered.
