Developer Pragmatic Play has announced the launch of its new Spin & Score MegaWays video slot.
The brand-new casino game is football-themed and is based on Big Time Gaming’s famous MegaWays game engine, where the number of paylines and symbols per reel changes with each individual spin.
Spin & Score MegaWays uses six reels and has up to 117,649 paylines with an RTP of 96.97% with high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make large, infrequent wins when playing.
The slot requires a bet of between £0.20 and £100 per spin, and its symbols include various football players, playing card symbols, a golden football Wild symbol, a large goalkeeper wild symbol, and more.
The Spin & Score MegaWays slot comes with several special features, including Wild symbols that substitute for all symbols except Scatter and Big Wild symbols. Ordinary Wild symbols only appear on the second, third, fourth, and fifth reels, as well as the top row above the main grid.
Meanwhile, Big Wild symbols are non-paying and fill two horizontal positions on the top row on reels two, three, four, and five. When a Big Wild symbol appears fully, all symbols on the reels below it transform into a regular Wild.
The Spin & Score MegaWays slot has a Tumble feature, where winning symbols are paid and removed from the reels. The remaining symbols fall to replace those removed, and new symbols fall from above. If new wins are made, the reaction repeats and this continues until no new wins are made.
Landing four or more Scatter symbols triggers the FreeSpins mode, in which you can win up to 30 free spins with nine Scatters. Before the feature starts, if ten to 18 spins are won, you can gamble them to win more free spins or collect them at any time to start the feature. If you gamble, a wheel spins and stops on a win or lose position. The win adds four new spins to your total, while the lose section automatically ends the free spins.
The Free Spins mode starts with a 1x Multiplier. Every Tumble made in the feature increases the Multiplier by 1x until the end of the round. At the end of each Tumble, the total win value of the Tumble is multiplied by the win Multiplier. Landing three Scatter symbols in the feature awards four more spins, and the Big Wild feature is available.
