Microgaming joins hands with Slingshot Studios, a new independent game studio that will be developing exclusive content for the Isle of Man-based software provider.
Slingshot Studios focuses on “enhancing successful slot game staples and innovating with fresh new features”. The game creators are driven by a passion for providing players with the most vibrant gaming experiences. Therefore the talented team consistently creates exceptional games for both beginners and hard-core players.
The first official release through the new partnership will be Cash of Kingdoms. The fantasy-themed online slot will be launched on Wednesday, October 10th.
Cash of Kingdoms was featured at ICE Totally Gaming in London earlier this year at the well-decorated Microgaming Bar, where you could find barrels for tables, archery targets and full sets of medieval armour.
“Microgaming’s extensive digital portfolio will benefit from the unique personality and expertise of Slingshot Studios, who are developing original games with exciting engines and features, all targeted at specific markets and audiences,” commented John Coleman, chief executive of Microgaming.

The software supplier first announced its plans to collaborate with new independent game studios back in February. Triple Edge Studio was the first to be unveiled as an exclusive provider. In June, Stormcraft Studios was announced as Microgaming’s second exclusive partner.
