The new year may have only just begun but Play’n GO have dived straight in by launching their first new slot of 2020.
Popular game provider Play’n GO, which is known for games such as Fire Joker and Rise Of Olympus, announced its latest slot and the first of 2020 yesterday (January 2nd) in a blog post on the Play’n GO website.
According to Play’n GO, the brand new video slot is titled Legacy Of Dead and is the first of 52 planned released for this year. Like many of Play’n GO’s previous slots, the new game uses an Egyptian theme.
In the firm’s announcement, Play’n GO explain that the story follows an Egyptian king who has been released from death in search of riches and power.
The brand new video slot uses a 5×3 layout with 10 paylines and is the latest slot in the ‘Dead’ series, following on from the highly successful Book Of Dead and Rise Of Dead video slots. Symbols in the game include Pharaohs, the Egyptian God Anubis, falcons and the traditional playing card letters and numbers.
Similarly to past slots, Legacy Of Dead is packed with notable special features including Wild Scatter Symbols which substitute for all symbols and triggers the Free Spins features. There are also Expanding symbols which can help players make more winning combinations during the Free Spins mode.
In a statement, Play’n GO CEO Johan Törnqvist said: “2019 was a record-breaking year for us, and we plan to reach even higher for 2020.
