Leading online casino Videoslots has announced a new content partnership with Real Dealer Studios.
The website, which we praised for its vast game selection and great player experience in our review, announced this week a content partnership with Real Dealer Studios, a development studio behind a series of groundbreaking new titles.
Real Dealer Studios’ games are a combination of traditional online table games and live casino titles. Rather than using real-life dealers, the studio combines recorded clips of dealers and games and integrate them into the game’s random number generator to create a unique game.
The studio’s games aim to provide players with the feeling of a personalised one-on-one experience that is similar to what can be found at a brick-and-mortar casino.
Under Videoslots’ agreement with Real Dealer Studios, all of the development studio’s games will be made available on the Videoslots casino website to players based in the United Kingdom and Sweden.
Christoffer Melldén, the Sales Manager at Real Dealer Studios, told CasinoBeats: “We are thrilled to welcome Videoslots to the Real Dealer family and for their players to be able to enjoy the engaging and immersive experience our games offer.
“Real Dealer allows operators to give their players a truly authentic experience with the convenience of online play. Our games work particularly well on mobile, as they do not suffer from any lag or interruptions. We believe they will be a big hit with Videoslots players.”
William Ahlberg, the Head of Commercials at Videoslots, added: “We have built a reputation for offering players the widest range of quality online casino content and Real Dealer’s titles make for a great addition to our portfolio.
“They offer a unique player experience that we believe will prove to be hugely popular among our players, especially because of the authentic and immersive casino environment they offer. This is a fantastic partnership, and we look forward to working closely with the Real Dealer team.”
Videoslots’ partnership with Real Dealer Studios wasn’t the only agreement the operator made this week. The popular casino website expanded its partnership with Malta-based game developer Nolimit City to boost its gaming catalogue in Denmark.
The two company’s agreed to a partnership back in 2018 and the casino operator vowed to launch Nolimit City’s portfolio of games on its casino website across all regulated markets, and the new agreement mark’s Nolimit City’s launch in Denmark.
According to Nolimit City, some of the games to be made available on the Danish Videoslots website include Deadwood, San Quentin xWays, East Coast Vs West Coast, Punk Rocker, Tombstone, and dozens of other titles too.
William Ahlberg, the Head of Casino at Videoslots, said in a statement: “Videoslots and Nolimit City has had a stellar partnership for almost two years now. We’re both happy and thrilled to enter the Danish market with our partner and will hopefully get to cut the ribbon on more markets together ahead.”
Malcolm Mizzi, the Commerical Director at Nolimit City, added: “Videoslots and Nolimit City have enjoyed a strong partnership for over two years now. It’s a partnership that we’ve been very happy with so far and it’s exciting to see us both entering a new jurisdiction together, which for us also means a stronger foothold in the Danish market, which we value deeply.”
It hasn’t all been good for Videoslots Casino, however, as the operator was penalised by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) after the regulatory body found that Videoslots had failed to comply with the SEK 5,000 weekly deposit limit at online casinos as part of a policy introduced in July 2020 in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Videoslots isn’t the only gambling company to be striking content partnerships. Also this week, popular game developer Yggdrasil partnered with YG Masters studio member ReelPlay to launch new game Big Bucks Bandits MegaWays.
The game, which is based on a fun Wild West theme, is based on an intense stand-off duel between two gunslingers. The game is built on the MegaWays engine licensed by Big Time Gaming, it uses 117,649 paylines, and is packed with special features.
Some of the features include the Jackpot Heist Respin through which players can trigger re-spins, and a obtain chance to win big prizes or jackpots. The game features its Double Cross Gamble mechanic that allows players to gamble winnings and multiply them by up to 5x. Finally, the game features a unique jackpot mechanic that provides all players with a chance to win big prizes.
Speaking about the game, Stuart McCarthy, the Head of Partner Programs at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “Big Bucks Bandits MegaWays offers players great excitement with its proven Western theme, refined game features and massive win potential.
“Featuring the successful MegaWays mechanic, the game is for players who are willing to take risks for a larger reward and is a great addition to our expanding YG Masters portfolio.”
David Johnson, the CCO at ReelPlay, added: “With this title, we are introducing an enhanced Jackpot Respins mechanic which is very popular with land-based players, on top of the MegaWays mechanic that has taken the online industry by storm.
“This is ReelPlay’s third title released through the YG Masters program in as many months, and we are extremely pleased with how quickly we can build and distribute new games. We look forward to developing our partnership with Yggdrasil.”
The news comes after Yggdrasil announced a partnership with High 5 Games earlier this month. Under the agreement, Yggdrasil’s entire portfolio of games and its YG Masters portfolio of content has been made available at High 5 Games-partnered casino operators, helping to boost Yggdrasil’s player reach.
