Gambling operator Casumo has announced a partnership with Neccton to boost its player protection services.
Under the partnership, Casumo will utilise Neccton’s Mentor player protection software, an AI tracking tool that analyses player behaviour in real-time, recognises any problematic behaviour, and helps the player and operator identify and address the issue.
Mentor alerts the operator and informs players that display critical behaviour, such as if they increase their deposit frequency, and it provides players with individual feedback to help them make decisions on their gambling behaviour.
The announcement comes after Casumo acknowledged its need for expert assistance in player protection, particularly as the UK Government continues its review of the Gambling Act 2005 and potentially pushes for tighter regulation.
