Evolution Gaming has launched a new Monopoly live game.
The popular game provider, which specialises in developing and releasing live casino games with real-life dealers, has launched the new game via a sublicense from Scientific Games and in partnership with Hasbro, the firm that owns the classic board game.
According to reports, the game was first unveiled at ICE 2019 in London back in February where it was met with praise.
Monopoly Live is a new edition of the provider’s classic Dream Catcher wheel. The Monopoly Live game features the same wheel with additional features such as augmented reality, 3D bonus rounds and the chance to win multipliers.
In a statement, Todd Haushalter, Evolution Gaming’s Chief Product Officer, said: “It is a real honour to work with one of the world’s best-loved brands to create such a unique game. Monopoly Live represents a real breakthrough in our industry and redefines live casino entertainment.
“Dream Catcher has been loved by players ever since its launch in 2017 and we are very excited for the launch of this special Monopoly Live edition of Dream Catcher. A game like this has never been created before and it leverages some of the most advanced technology available including the use of augmented reality.”
