Hacksaw Gaming has announces a brand new jackpot mechanic for video slots.
Game provider Hacksaw Gaming, which is known for games such as Koi Cash and Lucky Shot, announced this week a brand new jackpot mechanic for its video games to provide players with gigantic jackpot wins.
In a blog post made this week, Hacksaw Gaming revealed that it will be launching a string of new video slots with the jackpot mechanic. The first game to include the feature is My Lucky Number.
According to Hacksaw, the video slot has a gigantic jackpot of 25 million euros (And the equivalent in other currencies) and is expected to launch at all Hacksaw Gaming casino operators within the coming months. Unfortunately, the development firm remained silent on the slot’s specifications and other features.
Hacksaw Gaming Chief Operating Officer Marcus Cordes said in a statement: “We are about to bring real competition in the market when it comes to the jackpots which are available today.
“With our new concept, operators can rely on having huge, existing jackpots on offer without having to wait for the progressive jackpot to build up. It also enables smaller operators to offer the same huge prizes as the Tier 1s, levelling the playing field.”
The blog post ends with Hacksaw Gaming stating that they will be releasing other slots throughout the year. All of Hacksaw’s upcoming slots will feature jackpots, with some going as high as 50 million euros. However, the firm will also release games with smaller jackpots of around 10 and 15 million euros.
The news comes as Hacksaw Gaming continues to expand its player reach by acquiring licenses for new jurisdictions. Earlier this year, the firm launched successfully with ComeOn Casino, allowing customers of the casino site to play Hacksaw’s selection of scratchcards and slots.
Meanwhile, Hacksaw Gaming has been striking content agreements with other online casino sites and operators including Royal Panda, White Hat Gaming, Boss Gaming, Wildz Casino, LeoVegas Casino, Interwetten and more.
More recently, Hacksaw Gaming announced that it was granted a license from the UK Gambling Commission, allowing the firm to offer its games to players based in the UK through its partnered casino operators. Alongside the announcement, Hacksaw Gaming launched its first official slot Stick ‘Em which launched exclusively with LeoVegas several months beforehand.
Last year, Hacksaw experienced great success and was even nominated for its first Malta Gaming Awards for ‘Instant Win of the Year’ and won the prize at the event in November 2019. The firm is expected to reach greater heights this year with its planned video slot releases and newfound player reach.
