Leading game developer Microgaming has unveiled details on its upcoming new video slot Jurassic Park: Gold.
Developed by Stormcraft Studios and in collaboration with Universal Games and Digital Platforms, the game is a follow up to Microgaming’s original Jurassic Park video slot. Set to release on February 22nd, 2022, the brand new title builds upon the original.
It sees players return to the iconic dinosaur theme park and includes symbols based on the film’s famous characters and dinosaurs. The game utilises a 5×4 reel layout with 40 paylines, and it comes with a slew of special features to help you create more wins.
In the base game, the Jurassic Park logo acts as the game’s Wild symbol and awards a Multiplier of between 2x and 5x to help boost your wins. Meanwhile, landing three or more Scatter symbols awards entry into the Free Spins mode with four unlockable destinations. There’s also the highly-volatile WildStorm Free Spins feature, which turns up to five reels Wild on a single spin and awards up to 5,000x your bet.
In addition, the game has the Link&Win bonus feature, which is activated by collecting six or more Powerball symbols. When triggered, the reel layout expands to a 5×8 layout with more Powerballs unlocking additional rows. If you fill the entire grid with Powerball symbols, you trigger the colossal jackpot prize of 8,000x your bet.
