The Sword Of Ares comes with a Tumble feature, where, after each spin, winning combinations are paid and the winning symbols removed from the reels. The remaining symbols fall to the bottom of the screen and empty positions are filled with new symbols. The Tumbling continues until there are no more winning combinations.
At the top of the game’s reels is a meter with three locked Multiplier values in the base game and six locked values in the Free Spins mode. At every spin and all Tumbles resulting from the same spin, the number of winning and exploded symbols is collected. At certain thresholds of collected symbols, Multipliers from the meter are unlocked.
At the end of all Tumbles, the total win of all Tumbles is multiplied by the highest Multiplier unlocked. For example, Multipliers between 2x and 4x are unlocked after 20 symbols have exploded, Multipliers between 5x and 8x are unlocked after 50 symbols have exploded, and Multipliers between 9x and 15x are unlocked after 100 symbols have exploded.
There are also Bomb symbols that are present on all reels and can land randomly during spins and Tumbles in the base game and Free Spins mode. When one or more Bomb symbols land, they remain on screen until there are no more winning combinations.
The Bomb symbols then explode and remove all symbols from the screen in a horizontal, vertical, cross or X pattern. The removed symbols add to the Multiplier collection meter and new symbols fall to replace those that have been removed, with Tumbles available on any winning combinations.
Landing four or more Scatter symbols triggers 15 Free Spins. The feature has six Multiplier values, which are unlocked after 15 symbols have exploded, 30 symbols have exploded, 45 symbols have exploded, 60 symbols have exploded, 100 symbols have exploded, and 225 symbols have exploded. The Free Spins feature cannot be retriggered.
