Developer Pragmatic Play has launched its latest video slot, the ’70s-styled Colossal Cash Zone.
The brand new casino game turns back time to the 1970s and whisks players to the dancefloor to enjoy the funk of the decade alongside traditional fruit-inspired video slot machine, which comes with numerous special features and gameplay mechanics.
Colossal Cash Zone uses a 3×5 layout with 20 paylines, and it has an RTP of 96.50%. The game has high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over regular small ones.
Finally, the game requires a bet of between £0.20 and £100 per spin, and its symbols include sevens, grapes, bells, lemons, cherries, diamond Scatter symbols, Wild symbols, and the traditional A, K, Q, and J symbols too.
The Colossal Cash Zone comes with several special features, including a Wild symbol that substitutes for all symbols except the Bonus and Cash Zone symbols. The Wild symbols appear on all reels.
There are also Colossal symbols that appear during the base game and the Free Spins mode on the second, third, and fourth reels. The Colossal symbols land as 1×1, 2×2 or 3×3 symbols, with the 2×2 symbols counting as a cluster of four symbols and the 3×3 symbols counting as a cluster of nine symbols.
When one or more Cash Zone symbols falls onto the reels, they award a fixed prize. One Cash Zone symbol awards a 1x bet multiplier, two symbols awards a 2x bet multiplier, three symbols awards a 5x multiplier, four symbols awards a 10x multiplier, five symbols awards a 15x multiplier, six symbols awards a 25x multiplier, seven symbols awards a 50x multiplier, eight symbols awards a 100x multiplier, and nine symbols awards a 250x multiplier.
The game also comes with a Free Spins mode, which is triggered by landing three or more Bonus symbols. Bonus symbols appear stacked and up to 11 Bonus symbols can land during the base game, awarding up to 22 free spins. During the Free Spins mode, a random Multiplier of between 1x and 20x is awarded on each spin. Unfortunately, the feature cannot be retriggered.
