Pragmatic Play has revealed it’s made a £6,850 donation to the Alameda Wildlife Conservation Park in Gibraltar.
The studio, which develops and provides gambling operators worldwide with high-quality casino games, made the donation to the wildlife sanctuary this week.
The Alameda Wildlife Conservation Park (AWCP) is home to several native and exotic animal species, and it’s situated in Gibraltar’s stunning Alameda Botanic Gardens. It cares for unwanted exotic pets and animals confiscated by customs and raises awareness of important endangered species through conservation education.
Pragmatic Play’s donation will help the AWCP support its existing North American turtle exhibit by funding the refurbishment of its turtle ponds that require running, filtered water, and outdoor spaces.
Julian Jarvis, the CEO at Pragmatic Play, said in a statement: “As the only wildlife park in Gibraltar, the AWCP fulfils a crucial part in the protection of rare animal species, and we’re extremely proud to be able to support the restructuring of its outdoor spaces and turtle ponds.
“Up to four species of turtle will be housed in a specious pond in a prominent area of the park thanks to our donation, and we look forward to establishing new ways to support the conservation group moving forward.”
The above news comes as Pragmatic Play continues to release new casino games, including Hot To Burn Extreme, Black Bull, Greedy Wolf, Gorilla Mayhem, Magic Money Maze, Tropical Tiki, and more.
