According to the terms and conditions, the Free Spins won through the tournaments can only be used on Finn And The Swirly Spin, Starburst, Lights or Twin Spin Deluxe. In addition, the spins expire after three days of being credited to casino accounts.
Users can only claim one prize per tournament and can only enter one tournament each week. The cash prizes won through the tournaments are not tied to wagering requirements and all prizes will be available in the Vault for collection. They must be accepted to be credited and if users fail to accept the prizes within seven days, they will expire.
If BGO are unable to contact the main prize winner within 72 hours from the tournament ending, the winner will forfeit the prize and other players will be contacted.
