Developers Yggdrasil and Bulletproof Games have partnered to release their latest video slot, Tiki Runner 2 DoubleMax.
The brand new slot is a sequel to Bulletproof Games’ original Tiki Runner video slot and is the latest game to launch under the YG Masters programme.
Tiki Runner 2 DoubleMax uses a 5×3 layout with 20 paylines, and the game has an RTP of 95.50%. It also has medium to high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over regular ones.
The game requires a bet of between £0.20 and £100 per spin, and its symbols include various Tiki masks, the game’s logo as a Wild symbol, as well as watermelon, coconut, pineapple, kiwi, and orange symbols too.
Tiki Runner 2 DoubleMax comes with a slew of special features, including Wild symbols that substitute for other symbols to help create additional wins.
During the game, all symbols that form a winning combination pop and new symbols fall from above to replace them. One of the popped symbols will be replaced by a Wild symbol, and every time a pop occurs, the wins are multiplied by the win multiplier and the Free Spins trial will move up by one step.
What’s more, the DoubleMax multiplier will double and will be applied to the next cascade. Both the DoubleMax multiplier and the Free Spins trail reset on each new spin, and the number of spins awarded is shown on the Free Spins trail.
The Free Spins trail can be found at the bottom of the slot and with each pop, the Tiki Runner will move one step up the trail with the current step producing a flame. Once no more pops occur and if the Tiki Runner has lit a Free Spins position, the same number of spins are awarded.
During the Free Spins mode, the left totem will show the number of spins remaining, while the right totem will display the current multiplier. All wins in the mode are multiplied by the current multiplier, and for each winning cascade, the multiplier is applied and doubled. More spins can be awarded via the Free Spins trail.
Finally, the Tiki Runner 2 DoubleMax slot has an Encore mode that can be enabled so that a respin is awarded each time the Free Spins trail stops on an encore. Another respin can be rewarded if another encore lands.
