Game developer Yggdrasil has partnered with 4ThePlayer to launch the latter’s brand new video slot, 90K Yeti Gigablox.
The brand new slot launched today (November 1st) and is a sequel to 4ThePlayer’s hugely popular 9K Yeti, which was released back in November 2019. Both titles have been developed under the YG Master’s programme, meaning they benefit from Yggdrasil’s worldwide reach.
The new title is built on Yggdrasil’s Gigablox Game Engagement Mechanic (GEM), which allows massive symbols to fill the reels to trigger potentially massive wins.
90K Yeti Gigablox uses a 6×6 layout, and the game has 46,656 paylines with an RTP of 95.50%. The game also has high variance, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over frequent small ones. If that isn’t enough, the slot comes with a maximum multiplier of 90,000x, which is more than any previous Gigablox title.
The game requires a minimum bet of between £0.10 and £10 per spin, and its symbols include the Yeti, three mountain climbers, a tent, ice axes, ropes, and the generic A, K, Q, J, and the number 10 symbols too.
Alongside the above, the game has a wild symbol represented by a mountain peak that substitutes for all symbols except scatter symbols to help create more wins. Meanwhile, landing five or more scatter symbols – represented by the Yeti’s footprints – triggers the game’s free spins mode with one free spin credited for every scatter symbol.
In the feature, all Snow Blox are removed from the reels and players have an improved chance of triggering the random Snowstorm Shuffle and Yeti Higa Summon features. What’s more, every additional scatter symbol that lands during the mode will award players with one additional spin.
There are several other special features in the game too, including three features that can be triggered randomly on spins. These features include the Yeti Reveal where Snow Blox are destroyed to reveal winning symbols; the Snowstorm Shuffle where the reels are shuffled to create wins; and Yeti Giga Summon where the largest Gigablox of 6×6 is called onto the reels.
Finally, the game has a Buy Feature, where players can select from four Buy Feature modes; five free spins, 10 free spins, 20 free spins, and a Giga Summon spin with a giant 4×4, 5×5 or 6×6 Gigablox reel.
