Developer Yggdrasil has partnered with Peter & Sons for a brand new video slot; Wild Duel.
The Wild West-themed slot is set in the fictional Wild Town, which has come under fire by bandits who have been challenged to savage duels by the Wild Marshals.
Peter & Sons’ new game uses a 5×3 layout with ten paylines, and it has an RTP of 96.10% with high volatility, which means you’re more likely to make infrequent large wins over regular small ones.
The Wild Duel slot comes with various special features designed to help you make wins and make the game more entertaining to play. These features include Wild symbols that substitute for other symbols to help create more wins.
There are also Expanding Wilds, which can expand to cover parts of the reels for more wins, as well as Sticky Wilds that remain stuck on the reels, and there are random Multipliers, which will boost your overall win when applied.
The game also has Outlaw Reels and Marshall Reels, which face-off. If the Marshall wins the duel, a Respin is triggered with no maximum limits on how many duels can take place.
Meanwhile, landing three Scatter symbols triggers the Free Spins mode, where the duel feature is unlocked during the entire feature. Winning duels in the feature trigger additional spins.
Stuart McCarthy, the Head of Product and Programs at Yggdrasil, said in a statement: “Peter & Sons continue to create eye-catching games with its recognisable art style and hugely exciting adventure slots.
“Being able to facilitate the growth of such an exciting studio is one of the primary reasons as to why we launched the program and this latest release is another positive step for the initiative.”
Yann Bautista, the Business Development Manager at Peter & Sons, added: “Wild Duel sees brave players travel to try to win back the riches with the help of our Marshals.
“These frantic duels can lead to massive modifiers, huge wins, and a safer frontier for all in our latest action-packed, high volatility slot.”
Wild Duel is the latest slot from Yggdrasil, and it comes after the release of numerous other titles this year, including 4ThePlayer’s 60 Second Heist, Bang Bang Games’ Super Cash Drop Gigaglox, Bulletproof Games’ Tiki Runner 2 DoubleMax, ReelPlay’s Towering Pays Excalibur, G.Games’ Dead Man’s Fingers, Jade Rabbit Studios’ Steam Spin, and Peter & Sons’ Xibalba.
